c. Final and Binding Decision
• The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding. Both parties waive the right to appeal the decision, except where an appeal is permitted by UAE law.
11.3 Exclusions
• Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in a court of competent jurisdiction within the UAE to prevent misuse of intellectual property, data breaches, or other urgent matters requiring immediate legal action.

• Users outside the UAE should note that local laws may affect their ability to enforce these Terms or access dispute resolution mechanisms.
