Welcome to CoinCROWD! The CoinCROWD platform and services (collectively referred to as "CoinCROWD Services") are provided by Coincrowd Inc, a company registered in United States of America. Throughout these Terms, “CoinCROWD,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Coincrowd Inc.
Our platform offers a suite of cryptocurrency-related services, including wallet functionality, market data access, news aggregation, and social login integration. By using any aspect of the CoinCROWD Services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CoinCROWD platform, mobile application, and associated services. By registering an account, browsing the platform, or utilizing any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from accessing or using CoinCROWD Services. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.

1. No Brokerage, Custody, or Exchange Services
CoinCROWD Wallet is a self-custodial software application that enables users to access and interact with decentralized networks. CoinCROWD is not a broker, dealer, arranger, custodian, financial institution, digital asset exchange, or provider of trade execution or clearing services. CoinCROWD does not have oversight, involvement, or control over the transactions users choose to conduct via the software.
All transactions initiated through CoinCROWD Wallet are executed peer-to-peer directly between users' blockchain addresses via smart contracts. CoinCROWD has no control over and does not guarantee the execution, settlement, or validity of any transaction.
2. User Responsibility & Compliance
By using CoinCROWD Wallet, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your interactions with decentralized networks and smart contracts. You bear full responsibility for understanding and complying with any applicable laws, regulations, or contractual obligations related to your use of the software, including but not limited to:
• The Commodity Exchange Act and regulations issued by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC);
• U.S. federal securities laws and regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC);
• Any other applicable domestic and international laws governing digital asset transactions.
CoinCROWD does not provide legal, tax, investment, or financial advice, and you should consult your own advisors before engaging in transactions.
3. No Control Over Smart Contracts & Decentralized Networks
CoinCROWD Wallet interacts with decentralized blockchain networks that operate independently. CoinCROWD does not own, control, or operate these networks and has no ability to reverse, modify, or cancel transactions initiated through the software. Once transactions are submitted to the blockchain, they are irreversible.
Smart contracts are subject to security risks, vulnerabilities, and exploits. CoinCROWD makes no representations or warranties regarding the security, functionality, or reliability of smart contracts or decentralized applications (dApps) used in connection with the Wallet.
4. No Liability for Losses
CoinCROWD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
• Unauthorized access to your wallet or private keys;
• Errors, delays, or failures in blockchain transactions;
• Smart contract vulnerabilities or exploits;
• Market volatility, asset devaluation, or liquidity risks;
• Regulatory changes that may impact digital assets or transactions.
By using CoinCROWD Wallet, you acknowledge that you understand and accept all risks associated with self-custody, decentralized finance (DeFi), and blockchain-based transactions.
5. No Recovery or Reversal of Transactions
Transactions on blockchain networks are final and immutable. CoinCROWD has no ability to recover lost funds, reverse transactions, or refund digital assets. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys, seed phrases, and wallet credentials.
6. Third-Party Risks & Integration with External Services
CoinCROWD Wallet may integrate with third-party dApps, protocols, and services. CoinCROWD does not endorse, audit, or guarantee the security of these third-party services and is not responsible for any losses incurred through their use. You acknowledge that interactions with third-party platforms are at your own risk.
7. No Guarantee of Software Availability
CoinCROWD provides the Wallet on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. The software may experience downtime, bugs, security vulnerabilities, or disruptions. CoinCROWD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Wallet at any time without liability to users.
8. Regulatory & Jurisdictional Considerations
CoinCROWD Wallet is not intended for use in jurisdictions where digital asset transactions are prohibited or restricted by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of CoinCROWD Wallet complies with local regulations.
